Anchovies
Queens of blue fish

Tasty, affordable, with an intense flavour: anchovies (or anchovies) are the queens of oily fish.
They are blue on their backs and silvery on their sides. They are the main ingredient in many regional dishes and from a nutritional point of view, they are truly a perfect fruit of the sea.
