the sustainability of our tuna

Our tuna is caught in accordance with the practices of ISSF, which promotes and protects the transparency, traceability and sustainability of tuna fishing.

Our production facility is accredited by the EARTH ISLAND INSTITUTE DOLPHIN SAFE INTERNATIONAL MONITORING PROGRAM
to ensure dolphin safety.

A method that respects catch quotas while preserving other species to ensure the availability of tuna for future generations.

OUR NETWORKS.
The nets are non-rigid.
The net is made of mesh less than 7mm in diameter, contributing to the preservation of marine biodiversity. Adhering to ISSF policies, damaged nets are salvaged from boats and recycled, so as to avoid the dispersion of net debris into the sea.
Fishing nets that are no longer usable are donated to the company BUREO Inc. which recovers the material by producing and marketing products.
This process reduces the carbon footprint and generates funds for marine conservation and community development projects.
