Fished in northern Spain where the deep, cold waters, rich in oxygen and plankton, make their meat tender and flavorful. Fished only in spring, when they are largest and most meaty, and processed by hand at the fishing site to preserve their intense flavor and high quality.
“Le Dolci” Anchovy Fillets with reduced salt content, rich in Omega 3 and in organic seed oil, will appeal to connoisseurs, those who like to consume them as is, with croutons and butter and also to those who are mindful of a healthy diet.
