THE STORY.
We recovered in our archives a package from the past and the recipe that our ancestors wisely had called IMPERIAL.
It was from this finding that the idea was born to reintroduce such an important name and product from our long history, but in a modern key, adding Selezione because for us the search for the best raw material is a founding pillar of the values in which we believe and to which we are committed every day. We ply the sea on our fishing boats in search of a special fish, to obtain larger and tastier mackerel fillets, which we process entirely by hand at the fishing site.
