  • 1 Round eggplant
  • 1 package Anchovy Fillets in Spiced Sauce
  • 7/8 Date tomatoes
  • 1 Buffalo mozzarella
  • as required Salt, EVO oil and basil

How to make : Eggplant and Anchovies Millefoglie in Spiced Sauce
  • Slice the eggplant 0.5 cm thick, grill it for a few minutes on both sides and salt lightly. Blend the dates with a little basil and a pinch of salt. ⠀
  • Proceed to compose your millefeuille by alternating eggplant slices, mozzarella slices, sauce and Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce .
