  • 8 fillets Mackerel fillets Selezione Imperiale
  • 300 g Tomato puree
  • 15 Black olives
  • 20 Desalted capers
  • as required Fresh herb leaves

Process

How to make : Pizzaiola Grilled Mackerel Fillets, capers, black olives and herbs
  • Cook tomato puree with oil, salt and a little pepper for 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Arrange the tomato puree on the plate .
  • Drain the mackerel fillets from the oil and lay them on the sauce.
  • Garnish the dish with the olives, capers and herb leaves.
