How to make : Spaghetti with spicy sauce and Mackerel fillets in organic oil
Drain the mackerel fillets well and shred them with a knife. Add a lightly beaten egg, salt and pepper to taste, Parmesan cheese, flour, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley and mix well.
Using your hands, create small patties that we are going to coat in breadcrumbs. Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown and put them to drain on paper towels.
Bring the water for the pasta to boil. In a frying pan put a round of oil and the garlic clove and chili pepper, let it brown gently, remove the garlic and add the tomato puree, season with salt and let it reduce, when there are a few minutes left to cook, add the mackerel fillets, stirring well.
Cook the peas in boiling, salted water for about 2′ to preserve the green.
