  • 1 package Tuna Fillets in organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Whole grain flatbreads
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 5/6 Chopped dried cherry tomatoes
  • as required Oil
  • as required Salt and pepper

Process

How to make : Wrap with Avocado and Tuna in Organic Oil
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and with the help of a spoon, hollow it out in the center, removing the pulp; keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, break up the tuna, add the parsley, cherry tomatoes and avocado flesh, mix well to make a smooth mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the middle part of a piadina with half of the avocado and tuna mixture, fold one side of the piadina to cover the initial part of the filling, now fold the top two sides so that they slightly so-vrape with the already folded part, roll the piadina by the short side, close tightly and wrap in plastic wrap, let rest in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
  • After the resting time has elapsed, take the wrap back, cut it in half and enjoy.
