Pan-fried egg with asparagus and Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea

  • 4 Eggs
  • 20 Asparagus
  • 16 Fillets of Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea Rizzoli
  • A few leaves Mint
  • as required Oil
  • as required Halls
  • as required Pepper

Process

How to make : Pan-fried egg with asparagus and Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea
  • Clean asparagus from the hard end and blanch in water for 6 minutes.
  • Have the oil heated in a frying pan; once hot, cook the fried eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the asparagus on a plate with the eggs and Rizzoli anchovies in oil on top.
  • Finish it off with a few mint leaves.
